All products are final sale.
Only exceptions are product arrive defected. Pictures of damaged package and/or damaged product, respective order numbers must be provided to order for exchange for exact same product. This has to be done within 5 days of receiving our merchandise.
If our products are no longer in stock, this is the only time where a store credit will be given for the same amount spent.
Frequent Questions & Answer
1. What is the processing days and shipping days?
Processing days can varies from 3 to 10 business days, depending on how big the orders are.
Shipping days are either Wednesday, Friday or Sunday. We ship once a week.
Estimate date of arrival:
- Within Canada: 3-7 business days
- US: 4-11 business days
- International: 10 days to 21 days
Please note those are all estimate time, we have no control over any possible delays and not responsible for that.
2. Who are we ? Who made all sort products?
We are based in Vancouver, BC. Design all product here locally, manufactures from Canada, Denmark, China and sometimes USA.
3. Is there any animal on site / in the studio ?
As animal lover, I do have four cats in the household. But they are stay OUTSIDE of the studio where I do all my packaging.
4. Do you offer any face trade ?
Yes. pick up in Richmond Landowne Skytain station is possible. If you are considering about face trading please read the following:
- If one cancel or no show more than 2 times. A no-show charge of $25 dollars needed to be paid, and order will be shipped to provided address.
- Wait time at designated location will be approximately 10 to 15 minutes, if running late we really appreciate for a head up. After a total of 20 minutes, the face trade will then be consider as no show.
- Announcement will be made if I am traveling outside of Vancouver, and if possible to do face trade outside of Vancouver.
- Please practice social distance and all orders need to be paid before arranging a face trade time.
- Please choose "Face Trade" when you check out.
- Time and date will be discussed once order is paid and completed, and please allow up to 48 hours before we reach out.
5. Do you offer any local deliveries?
Sadly not at this moment.
